Location

Vendors will be placed just outside the main event room to capture maximum foot traffic from over 200 attendees throughout the weekend.

Selling Schedule

You’ll have dedicated vending opportunities on Thursday, Saturday night, and all day Sunday, giving you prime moments to connect with our community. Vending tables are free!

Audience

This is the perfect opportunity to share your products with a faith-filled, family-oriented audience looking for meaningful, purposeful goods.

Our Policies

                                                                                        Conference Conduct & Participation Policy.

Our goal is to provide a safe, respectful, faith-centered, and welcoming environment for all attendees. This year’s conference will be held at the Sheraton Baltimore North Hotel. For hotel details, amenities, and property information, please visit the hotel’s official website: https://www.marriott.com/en-us/hotels/ bwins-sheraton-baltimore-north-hotel/overview/.  By attending this conference, all participants, parents/ guardians, and guests agree to comply with the following policies.

 

1. Safety, Respect & Zero Tolerance Policy • • • • •

 

  • Violence, threats, disturbances, vandalism, or any disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Harassment of any kind, including bullying, intimidation, discrimination, hate, or hate speech, is strictly prohibited.

  • Weapons of any kind are prohibited on conference premises.

  • Profanity or inappropriate language is not permitted from any attendee, regardless of age.

  • Conference leadership reserves the right to amend this policy and take appropriate action, including removal from the event, to ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees.

 

2. Child & Youth Supervision • • • • 

 

  • Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times unless a child is participating in a clearly designated, supervised conference activity.

  • Please note: this year’s conference is being held at a new and larger hotel property. For safety and navigation purposes, parents and guardians are asked to keep children close and maintain awareness of their location.

  • The conference does not provide continuous childcare unless explicitly stated. Conference organizers are not responsible for youth actions outside of scheduled event hours.

  • Lost Child & Safety Protocol: If a child becomes separated from their parent or guardian, notify conference staff or security immediately. Procedures will be followed to safely reunite families.

3. Participation & Conduct • • •

  • Youth attendees are expected to actively participate in all scheduled services and conference activities.

  • Remaining idle, wandering without purpose, or intentionally avoiding activities is discouraged.

  • Running, screaming, excessive noise, or playing in hallways or common areas is prohibited.

 

4. Respect for Authority, Community & Volunteer Expectations • • • •

 

  • Attendees must follow the instructions of conference staff, volunteers, and security personnel at all times.

  • All participants are expected to show respect toward peers, staff, volunteers, speakers, hotel staff, and guests.

  • Misuse of property, vandalism, or failure to clean up after oneself is prohibited.

  • Individuals who have signed up to volunteer are expected to adhere to the schedule provided by leadership and report promptly to their assigned volunteer area.

 

5. Supervision of Private Gatherings

• No private room gatherings or parties are permitted without the acknowledgment of the Youth on Fire Conference (YOFC) leadership and the presence and permission of a parent/guardian.

 

6. Check-In, Identification & Registration Policy • • • •

  • All attendees must check in and wear conference-issued identification badges or wristbands based on their level of entry (full weekend or single day) while on-site.

  • Wristbands must be worn at all times and must not be removed.

  • All conference registration fees are non-refundable. Registration confirms understanding and agreement with all conference policies, including conduct, supervision, and participation requirements.

 

7. Medical & Emergency Care • •

  • Parents and guardians are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs prior to the event.

  • Emergency care may be sought if necessary.

 

8. Dress Code • •

  • Attendees are expected to dress in a manner that is modest, appropriate, and respectful of the environment.

  • This dress code applies to all weekend activities, including Movie Night, Swimming, Services, and the Banquet.

 

9. Electronic Devices & Media Conduct • •

  • Electronic devices should be silenced during services and sessions. Viewing or sharing inappropriate content is prohibited. 

 

10. Photography & Media Release • •

  • Photographs, video, and audio recordings may be taken during the conference for promotional or archival purposes. Parents or guardians who wish to opt out should notify conference leadership in advance.
